On May 24, Changhong Jiahua (03991.HK) held the annual general meeting of shareholders in Beijing. The general meeting was presided over by Mr. Zhu Jianqiu, Chairman of the Board of Directors. The annual General Meeting considered and approved the consolidated financial statements for 2023, the report of the Board of Directors and the report of the auditor, and the final dividend plan for 2023. According to the 2023 annual report, Changhong Jiahua's annual operating income in 2023 reached 33.5 billion yuan, an increase of 1.3% over the same period last year, and net profit reached 330 million yuan, an increase of 3%, the company's main business performance was stable, and profit steadily improved. Final dividend of HK $0.05 per share in 2023, Changhong Jiahua returns shareholders with continuous and stable dividend.
